How do I get started?

Fill out the custom quote form and we'll get back to you with a custom quote asap. We usually reply within 48 hours on weekdays.

Do you accept all projects?

No, Unfortunately not.
We really want all our clients to have the best possible experience and end result, even if that means working with another studio, designer or photographer.
 
If we feel like we're not the best fit for your project, we'll let you know via email.

Question 3

How do you take payments?

Accepted Answer

Upon receiving your message, we'll give you an estimated quote with a base price for your project. This price only includes the basic design work mentioned in the service description and contract.
Additional work required for your project will be charged accordingly and billed prior to the completion of your project.

We may request full payment for certain orders $30 or under.
 
We prefer EFT.

Question 4

How does the timing of the project work? Do you have a first-come first-serve policy?

Your project's estimated timeframe will be determined by the scope of your project, the communication required and the studio's capacity.
 
Once you placed your order and made your deposit, your design project will go in our queue.
 
If you have a specific deadline for your project, please let us know and we will be glad to prioritize your project at an additional fee.
Please note that rush orders may not be possible in some cases.

What platform do you use for websites?

While we can work on most platforms, we recommend and mainly work with WIX for websites.
 
We love them for their intuitive and easy to use platform that gives our clients the best experience possible. Not over-complicating technicalities and allowing them to focus on their business.

Question 6

Do you offer hosting?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not.
We'll be happy to guide you in purchasing the correct website and domain hosting for you, but it will be your responsibility to manage.
 
Hosting, Domain, Third Party App and Stock Image costs are not included in our fees.

What are your work hours?

Accepted Answer

Our work hours are typically Mondays – Fridays, 9am-4pm.
We'll always let you know that we've recieved your message and respond to your e mails and messages as soon as we can. We usually respond to emails and messages at 10am.
 
We believe in a healthy work-life balance and honor this belief on behalf of our clients as well.

Yes! Most of our clientele has been outside of South Africa. We have worked with clients from all over, from Spain to Norway.
 
We primarily communicate with our clients via e mail.
